In our opinion it is more important to encourage the captive care and propagation of the animals we sell than to profit from our sales. Those profits we do make go back into upkeep and improvement of our collection so that we can continue to offer quality animals. After a sale, we greatly encourage continued correspondence with the buyer to ensure satisfaction with the purchase and health of the animals we produce.

All animals are guaranteed healthy, feeding, and properly sexed. No native Missouri species will be collected, sold, or traded. Payment, to include price of animals ordered and shipping costs, can be made by cashiers check, money order, or personal check (although shipment will be delayed pending clearance of personal checks). Every attempt will be made to sell animals in pairs, and a $150 minimum order is required for shipping live animals unless prior arrangements are made. Details of shipping will be discussed with the buyer at the time of correspondence (no USPS), and all shipments will be delayed if weather conditions put the animals at risk unless the buyer requests cold or hot packs as appropriate. Requests for future animals (wait list) may be made with a 40% deposit, which is fully refundable prior to shipment. Periodic updates may be sent by e-mail to those on the wait list if requested.

If a buyer desires to return an animal, a full refund will be given unconditionally if the animal is returned (post marked) within one week of receipt and the animal is returned in the same condition as when shipped (buyer is responsible for return shipment costs). Again, no animal will be shipped unless we deem it is healthy. It must be understood by the buyer that there is always some inherent risk to buying animals whether via the Internet or local pet store. In terms of young animals and neonates, there is always a "drop off" rate in that not all babies (of any animal species) will survive long term. The odds are much better for captive bred animals, but this inherent risk must be mentioned and assumed by the buyer.
